1. Cancellation Notification

Students may cancel their enrollment at any time by submitting a written notice of cancellation through any of the following methods:

  • In person at the Office of Admissions
  • By electronic mail
  • By certified mail
  • Through formal written termination addressed to Stride University
The effective date of cancellation will be either the postmarked date of the notice or the date the University receives the cancellation notice—whichever comes first.

2. Full Refund Eligibility

Students are entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:

  • If Stride University does not accept the student’s application for admission.
  • If the student cancels enrollment within three (3) business days of signing the enrollment agreement and submitting the initial payment.

3. Pre-Class Cancellation

If cancellation occurs after the third business day but before the first scheduled class, all tuition and fees paid will be refunded except for the non-refundable registration fee, which shall not exceed $500.

    4. Drop/Add Week and Refunds

Stride University observes a Drop/Add period during the first week of classes. If a student officially withdraws from the program during this period:

    • All tuition and other fees will be refunded, except the non-refundable registration fee.
No tuition or fee refunds will be processed for withdrawals made after the Drop/Add period.

    5. Determining the Termination Date

For refund purposes, the official termination date is defined as the last date the student was present in class or actively engaged in the academic program.

      6. Refund Timeline

All eligible refunds will be processed and issued within 30 calendar days of either:

      • The date of official cancellation or withdrawal notice, or
      • The completion of the student’s registration and subsequent withdrawal during the applicable refund period.
Refunds will be returned via the original method of payment or through an alternate method as mutually agreed upon by the student and the University.

      7. Special Cases and Exceptions
